WHO WOULD ENJOY THE TEAM?

Someone who wants to see what working as a team can really do.
Willingness to try things and learn.
A patient and mature attitude.
Willingness to use Voice Comms an absolute must (or if  you don't have a mic, at least run in 'listen mode').
Enjoy planning a mission almost as much as actually playing it.
Oceania based players due to time zone and ping issues.

One doesn't need to be a skilled player to join, hell if you can just barely shoot straight but can learn and follow orders when things get hot, you will accomplish anything. Even though I'm starting this team, I don't care who leads in action. If someone is a gifted squad leader then I'll happily sit and guard a door for the whole match if that is my job. For now, ranking within the group is put aside as rank will end up being a function of role rather than experience / skill.

Due to it being early days, and all and sundry are still finding their feet, if you happen to be a member of another team/clan, one is still most welcome to join in and mix it up as one of us.
